Both Peter and Anne are writers who grew up in southern Africa and their writing on the subject is poignant and evocative of their experience. Godwin read from his latest book, a memoir entitled When a Crocodile Eats the Sun: A Memoir of Africa; Landsman read from her critically acclaimed debut novel, The Devil's Chimney; and they both left the audience hungry for more.
