Hannah Tinti is the author of the short story collection, Animal Crackers. Time Out New York has compared her to Edgar Allan Poe in her feel for the uncanny and her ability to "turn situations inside out and drape our lives in mystery." She is the editor of One Story, a literary journal, and working on a forthcoming novel.

Beth Gutcheon has written seven novels, including: More Than You Know, Domestic Pleasures, and Still Missing, which was made into the major motion picture Without a Trace. Her latest book, Leeway Cottage, is a multi-layered account of a complex marriage set against the historical backdrop of World War II and the little known story of the rescue of the Danish Jews. It was selected as the New York Times Editor’s Choice and described by New York Newsday as "...alive, sparkling with deft touches of period detail… riveting… vibrant."

Roxana Robinson is the author of three novels Sweetwater, This is My Daughter, and Summer Light, as well as three short story collections and the biography of Georgia O'Keefee, A Life . Her writing has been compared to that of John Cheever and Edith Wharton, and four of her books have been name New York Times Notable Books of the Year. Her most recent collection of short stories, A Perfect Stranger, examines the complex, intricate network of experiences that binds us to one another.
